William P. Hodges
Mr. Hodges is an associate attorney of the firm and a member of the Business & Finance Group. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general corporate, and other commercial matters. Mr. Hodges has represented corporations and other business organizations on equity and asset acquisition transactions and general corporate and contractual matters across a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, computer software and technology-based products, telecommunications, franchises, real estate, fashion, healthcare, food and agribusiness, and manufacturing.
Mr. Hodges’s practice includes representing clients with respect to drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including product supply agreements, professional service agreements, software license, maintenance and support agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and influencer agreements. He has also advised clients on various federal, state, and local regulatory matters, including sweepstake and contest laws, "Buy America" and "Buy American" compliance, Small Business Administration regulation regimes, Connecticut Environmental Land Use Restrictions, and other state and local business license and permit issues.
