Jennifer W. Haddad

Ms. Haddad is a principal of the firm, and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Group. Her practice encompasses commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and real estate finance.

Ms. Haddad represents landlords, tenants, restaurant franchisees, real estate developers, small business owners and institutional lenders in the commercial real estate industry. Her experience in leasing includes drafting and negotiating leases on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants for restaurants, retail space, industrial facilities and office buildings (including medical office space). In addition to leasing, Ms. Haddad´s practice extends to all aspects of the sale and acquisition of real property, from documenting the transaction to reviewing due diligence and closing the deal. Ms. Haddad also represents land owners in the sale of development rights. In the area of real estate finance, her experience includes years of representing institutional lenders on commercial mortgage loan transactions, and she acts as local counsel for out-of-state financial institutions and law firms.

She has also served on the School Board of St. Thomas the Apostle School, West Hartford, CT (2004-2005) and the Board of Directors of Knight Hall School, West Hartford, CT (2008-2012).
